The US Embassy in Sweden has the honor to invite You to an exclusive film screening of the film Bias, followed by a Q&A with the filmmaker, Robin Hauser as part of the Safari Events for Stockholm Tech Fest 2018.  *Guest list is limited to 30 people


bias challenges us to confront our hidden biases and understand what we risk when we follow our gut. Through exposing her own biases, award-winning documentary filmmaker Robin Hauser (CODE: Debugging the Gender GapRunning for Jim) highlights the nature of implicit bias, the grip it holds on our social and professional lives, and what it will take to induce change. 

Robin Hauser is the filmmaker behind the award-winning documentaries, “CODE: Debugging the Gender Gap,” which explores the hurdles women face in the tech industry, as well as her film “Bias” which is a film that highlights the nature of implicit bias, the grip it holds on our social and professional lives, and what it will take to induce change. Robin Hauser is director and producer of cause-based documentary films at Finish Line Features, LLC. As a business woman, a longtime professional photographer and a disrupter, Robin brings her leadership skills, creative eye, and unleashed passion to her documentary film projects. Her artistic vision and experience in the business world afford her a unique perspective on what it takes to motivate an audience. During her stay in Stockholm, Robin Hauser will help discuss the influence of women and minorities in technology and how diversity equals innovation while highlighting the value of film in fostering understanding and cooperation, dialogue and debate.
